Buyer Protection/ DOA products
We try our best to minimize our late or DOA deliveries taking actions such as partnering with Logistic Companies that hold our products and take care of them until delivered.
However, in the unlikely event the products should arrive with significant latency or DOA(Defective On Arrival) you must report it to us via email and we will work with you to provide the best solution possible.
If the packaging was damaged by the carrier, then it is completely out of our control, but we can provide you with a replacement unit free of charge if you prove the damage when emailing us.
Each unique incident will be handled on a case-by-case basis by our stuff personally. Rest assured, we will take care of you as better as we can whilst keeping you updated through the proccess.
